Periodic maintenance will lengthen the lifespan of the Twinflow.

Although the Twinflow is a low-maintenance hand dryer it does require maintenance on a regular basis.
For optimum operation and a lifespan of many years, we recommend that you thoroughly clean the Twinflow each month in addition to the daily maintenance. In this regard we refer you to the cleaning instructions.

The aroma module could be replaced each month as well if so desired. With each use, this aroma module releases a refreshing lemon-scented aroma. This guarantees a pleasant odour in the toilet area after each use. You can find more information on the aroma module, item no. 12462, here.

Depending on the frequency of use, we recommend that you replace the HEPA filter once or twice each year. The HEPA filter ensures the cleanliness of the air that is used for drying the hands. If the filter is not replaced when needed, it could cause damage to the motor. Damage due to incorrect maintenance is not covered by the warranty. Replacing the filter in a timely manner will ensure a long-term and optimum functioning of the Twinflow and hygienic sanitary fittings.
