Dosing systems: hygiene, safety and savings!
All Care offers various types of (electronic) dosing equipment that is suitable for (industrial) kitchens and other places that are cleaned or where people use chemicals.
Why use dosing systems?
In a kitchen, you are exposed not only to food but also to chemicals. Examples include cleaning the kitchen and running the dishwasher. Working with chemicals or highly concentrated cleaning agents can present risks.
Dosing systems ensure the safe and correct dosing of chemicals and cleaning agents.
Dosing systems prevent overdosage and the waste of cleaning agents. Are safety, environmental awareness and cost efficiency high on your agenda too? Then you should use dosing systems!
What options are available?
- Dishwasher pump
Want to be able to dose dishwasher chemicals in your kitchen in a convenient and safe way? Then take a look at the dosing pump below.
The Q200 dishwasher pump is suitable for (simultaneously) dosing two chemicals (such as detergents and rinse/shine agents) in single-tank and single-cycle dishwashers. This dishwasher pump also has the option to integrate an additional third peristaltic pump for dispensing disinfectants. For corresponding parts, please have a look at our Dosing Care line.
- Dosing Pomps
When the kitchen or other rooms are cleaned, a random quantity of cleaning agent is often mixed with water. However, often, too much cleaning agent is used. This waste is bad for the environment and your budget. That is why All Care offers dosing pumps. Dosing pumps mix the correct quantity of cleaning agent with water and they provide a ready-to-use solution that can be used in the bucket or cleaning machine straight away. By indicating how many litres of water you need, the dosing pump calculates the correct proportion with the chemical or cleaning agent.
DC Mix dosing pump
The DC Mix is suitable for dosing one chemical and is connected directly to the water mains. This model is available in a low-flow (dosing of 4 litres per minute) and a high-flow (dosing of 14 litres per minute) model.
The DC Mix low-flow model is suitable for the refilling of bottles. Thanks to the low flow at which the cleaning agent and water run into the bottle, over-dosing is a thing of the past and the cleaning agents are poured in a controlled manner.
The high-flow model is suitable for filling large reservoirs, buckets or sinks.

DC Multi dosing pump
The DC Multi is able to mix and dose up to four different chemicals simultaneously in a bucket, sink or spray bottle from a single pump. The DC Multi is available in a low-flow (dosing of 4 litres per minute) and a high-flow (dosing of 14 litres per minute) model.
Good to know:
*Dosing pumps come without a cabinet
*They require a water pressure of 1.5/2 to 5 bar.
*Often, additional separate parts are needed. Visit the Dosing Care range on the website to view all parts.
