All Care prepared for Brexit

What impact will Brexit have on the deliveries of All Care and the prices of products and transport? We have been asked this question many times in the past year, but unfortunately it is still difficult to give you a good and clear answer. Among other things, Brexit affects our plastic product lines, such as PlastiQline, PlastiQline Exclusive and PlastiQline 2020 (Black/White).

Fact is that the United Kingdom will officially leave the EU on 31 December 2020, after a transitional period of one year. The new situation will, therefore, take effect on 1 January 2021, but there is still a great deal of uncertainty as to what the consequences will be and many measures have not yet been clearly defined. There is the possibility of a slight increase in transport costs and that import levies may be charged. With this in mind we, in collaboration with our suppliers, have prepared ourselves to the best of our abilities and have taken the right measures. For example, additional stocks of raw materials and products have been accumulated and the various transport lines have been well prepared. We have also engaged the services of an agent for the quick handling of the necessary documents. In short, even though we don't know exactly what to expect, we did prepare as well as we could.
